Please read the following instructions before making a payment, thank you.

There is a risk of us receiving payments without knowing who they are from with this payment method. We will take all care to action your payment correctly, but obviously we need the payment to be easily recognisable. Please reference your payment clearly, eg:

If renewing and making a donation, please email us ( info@organicnz.org ) confirming the membership amount and donation amount. Put "Internet payment" in the subject line, thank you.

General notes:
  1. We action internet banking payments once a week, so please expect a small delay if waiting for a donation receipt.
  2. We can only process payments from members with a membership number. If you are a current member, your membership number is on the renewal form you receive with your magazine. You can request your membership number by emailing us ( info@organicnz.org ), please put "membership number" in the subject line.
  3. Generally we do not acknowledge/receipt payments received for memberships – the continuation of receiving your magazine is confirmation of payment.
  4. We do send receipts for donations over $5.
